Jay decided, after learning my friend Kim had her baby, that he is in fact pregnant. We had visited Kim when she was several months pregnant over the summer. He saw a picture of the new baby and I explained baby Charlotte came out of Kim's tummy. Several minutes later he told me his tummy was big and the baby "will come out later."
This week I was going through my morning routine, and had just gotten out of the shower. Jay brought into the bathroom a pair of panty hose, one fuzzy sock, and a pajama top to "help Mommy get dressed." He was mimicking what I do for him every morning. So thoughtful!
